You’ll know that small good things matter when you taste our rustic pastries made with organic ingredients and great care.

Our rustic pastries are made by hand using organic flours, organic butter and cream, along with local honey and maple syrup. We believe the best ingredients make the best baked goods, especially when those ingredients are crafted with care and attention. Every one of our scones is hand cut, each cookie is weighed and shaped by hand. From our Deep Mud Brownies to our Morning Buns, we fill our pastries with small good things.

Scones

We pack our pastry case with butter-laden cream scones and somehow hundreds of them disappear every Saturday at the Farmers Market... Five varieties of scones available each week including Truly Ginger, Michigan Cherry, and Blueberry.
Morning Bun

A naturally-leavened cinnamon roll made with ground pecans, Demerara brown sugar, and Boyajian orange oil. Topped with a simple vanilla glaze.
Whangdangdoodler

A dark chocolate and walnut cookie made with whole grain organic barley flour, organic butter, and Demerara brown sugar.
Righteous Pumpkin Pie (Thanksgiving only)

A delectable pie made with locally-grown organic pumpkin and organic eggs. A custardy contrast to the oat and seed crust. (Thanksgiving only).
Panettone

An Italian Christmas bread made with rum-soaked dried fruit and toasted almonds. Available in the weeks leading up to Christmas.
